When you're dealing with people working in very stressful situations, that have come forward in saying that they need help for a mental health issue, it's important to get them that access quickly.

And fundamentally, this is a really important strategy. This is something that has to succeed. This has to succeed for the RCMP, it has to succeed for the members of the RCMP, and it has to succeed for the government overall.

So getting it right is what's important. They still have time to get it back on the right path, and it's absolutely critical that the RCMP gets its strategy implemented the right way, so that its members have confidence that the strategy will be there for them.
